Is training feedback really that important?
YES, it's critical. Every training session that is delivered should collect real time feedback from the participants. You NEED to know what they are thinking about the session. You also want to be able to make adjustments and improvements to make the learning more meaningful and increase retention.
Can't we just hand out a sheet of paper?
Yes, you could but why would you want to? If you want real feedback it needs to be anonymous. Also, after people fill out the form who will enter that into the computer? Paper training evaluation forms are a huge waste of time and by the time it's all tabulated you've lost valuable time.
What if I want custom scoring?
We're looking at adding that option to a future version.
We use Net Promoter Score (NPS). Can I do a 10 point scale?

What if people don't want to scan a QR code?
There is a link created for your feedback and you can share that with people via text or email.
What if people don't have phones?

The great news is most people do! Also technology today doesn't require the addition of an app or anything. But there is a link created for your feedback and you can share that with people via text or email.
Is this an "App" that people need to download or install?
No. This is a cloud based plat from using our PSS Technology so there is nothing to download or install.
What if our training scores are low?
The good news is you'll know about it in real time and can make adjustments to the training or coach the facilitator.
